The team members organized food into stations before everyone arrived and their jobs included putting together goodie bags, buttering bread, organizing clothing, making bags of dog food, peeling carrots, and other such activities. Once recipients arrived, the team helped great them and served them dinner.
“We had a great time volunteering at Community Lunch,” said head coach Adam Reeb. Community service is a cornerstone of our program and our mission as a Jesuit institution and we feel honored to have the opportunity to help out at Community Lunch for their dinner service.”
