After defeating No. 25 UCLA in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, No. 11/13 Seattle University men’s soccer’s Cameron Rohani (Cartersville, Ga.) has been named Featured Student-Athlete of the Week on GoSeattleU.com for the week of Nov. 16-22, 2015.

Rohani has started each of 22 games for the nationally-ranked Redhawks this season, including playing a key part in the Seattle U midfield for all 90 minutes vs. UCLA. Also excelling in the classroom, Rohani currently has a 3.50 cumulative GPA as an international business major.

Seattle U, the 11-seed in the NCAA Tournament, defeated the Bruins at Championship Field on Sunday, Nov. 22 to advance to the Sweet 16 versus No. 6 Syracuse on Sunday, Nov. 29 at 1 pm ET/10 am PT. The advancement marks the farthest the Redhawks have gone in the Division I tournament after advancing to the Second Round in 2013.
