Seattle University women’s rowing competed in the University of Washington’s annual mid-spring race, the Husky Open, on the Montlake Cut, placing third in each of their respective races.

“The team raced hard today and we’ve gained a lot of speed over the last few weeks, but we need to keep up the momentum,” said head coach Jenny Park. “We know what we need to do to get ready for next weekend!”

The varsity 8+ finished behind Washington and Portland while the 3V8+ finished behind Washington (A) and just one second behind Washington (B).
