Over the summer, Seattle University will be hosting Nike Volleyball Camps as well as selected James Finley Volleyball Camps.
The Advanced Nike Volleyball Camp at Seattle University is for high school girls and will take place July 17-20. The cost to attend each day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. is $395, with an attendance cost of $495 for campers who want to stay overnight.
On July 21-23, Seattle U will be hosting the Beginner Nike Volleyball Camp for girls ages 6-10 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. each day, with a total cost of $45.
On July 24-26, Seattle U will host the Position Nike Volleyball Camp, with just four setter spots remaining. This camp for girls ages 11-18 will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and cost $245 for the duration of the camp. Another All-Skills Nike Volleyball Camp will take place July 28-30 for girls ages 11-18. The overnight option costs $395, with the extended day option costing $325.
The James Finley Advanced Volleyball Camp is recommended for high school varsity and club players with a commitment to the sport and the ability and motivation to play at the college level. This intense and challenging program stresses position play, advanced team techniques and physical conditioning. This camp runs from July 31 through August 3 and costs $455 for those who plan to stay overnight or $375 for commuters.
Seattle U will host a final James Finley All-Skills Volleyball Camp August 8-9 for girls ages 11-18 with a cost of $120. This camp will focus on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals. Skill development is emphasized during hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, team defense, blocking, team reception, attack coverage and team transition.
