"I always look forward to our one day ID camps," said Woodward. "The level of play is fantastic and we get the opportunity to really work with potential future Redhakws. A number of our current players were identified at our one day ID camps."
The Winter College ID camp will welcome girls of all levels, ages 14 to 18, and will be an opportunity for campers to train just like the Seattle U collegiate players. The coaching staff will be on hand to train, observe and evaluate campers as potential future Redhawks. Campers will also have the opportunity to take a campus tour and participate in a Q&A session with the coaches and staff. The cost of the camp is $120.
This past season, Woodward, the Western Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, led the Redhawks to WAC Regular Season and Tournament titles as they became SU’s first ever women’s team to qualify for an NCAA Division I Tournament. Having just finished her 17th season, she boasts a 232-91-30 career coaching record and was a two-time All-American in her playing career at Seattle U.
