The non-conference softball doubleheader between Seattle University and Portland State originally scheduled for Wednesday, Apr. 10 at 2 p.m. has been postponed to Tuesday, Apr. 24 at 2 p.m.
With steady rain forecasted for the Seattle area on Wednesday, it was in the best interest of the team to postpone the contests and save the field for this weekend's conference series vs. Utah State.
The Redhawks will host the Utah State Aggies for a three-game Western Athletic Conference series this weekend, with a doubleheader at 3 p.m. on Friday, Apr. 12 and a single game at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Apr. 13. Saturday is also "Strike Out Cancer" day with several promotions taking place, including a raffle, silent auction, and all popcorn sales benefitting Susan G. Komen of Puget Sound.
