The Seattle University baseball program will be hosting an instructional camp Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 6-7, from 9:00 to 12:45 p.m. each day.
The camp will take place at Steve Cox Memorial Park in the White Center section of Seattle on Saturday, Oct. 6, and at the ballfield at Lower Woodland Park on Sunday, Oct. 7. After the Saturday session, campers are invited to come to the Seattle University campus for a tour to learn more about the school.
Campers will work on all aspects of the game, with an emphasis on fielding, hitting, pitching, and speed work. Campers will work on fundamentals and mechanics, plus they will be filmed and evaluated by coaches. ALL instruction will be conducted by the Seattle University baseball staff and assisted by SU players.
The cost for the camp is $169 for position and two-way players and $149 for pitchers. The camp is on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to approximately 30 players. Sign up online at GoSeattleU.com by going to the Camps tab, clicking on "SU Baseball", and selecting the October camp!
