On Friday, Apr. 27, the Seattle University women's soccer team will head to nearby University of Washington for a spring game versus the Huskies, and will also participate in a special pre-game clinic. The Kids Kickin 4 Cancer Soccer Clinic sponsored by the Brandon's Goal Foundation will take place from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Husky Soccer Field before a 7 p.m. kickoff between the Redhawks and Huskies.

The Brandon's Goal Foundation was created in honor of Brandon Brauns, a local youth who fought cancer for seven years and who ran and participated in numerous fundraisers to raise money for childhood cancer research.

During the clinic, SU and UW players will teach boys and girls ages 5-17 and will help them improve on their soccer game. The registration fee is $25, which includes a t-shirt and a wristband to stay and watch the game for free. $20 of every registration fee goes to the Family Support Program at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Parking for the event can be found in the E-1 or E-8 parking facilities on campus. Parking is $10 before 6 p.m. and $6 after 6 p.m.

For more information and for instructions on how to register, see the attached flyer. As a special offer, if five players sign up together, the sixth one attends for free. Email Kris at kris@brandonsgoal.com to get this special offer.
