The Seattle University men's basketball program invites its fans and supporters to the annual end-of-season banquet and silent auction, to take place Sunday, March 11, in the lower level banquet room of The Space Needle.
The event serves a dual purpose: to raise money for the men's basketball program, and to celebrate the accomplishments of the student-athletes and coaches on the current squad. The festivities will start with the silent auction and a no-host cocktail reception at 5 p.m., followed by the dinner program at 6:30 p.m.
The suggested dress is business casual, and the cost of attendance is $60 per person, or $550 for a table of 10. Registration is now available through the Special Events tab on GoSeattleU.com, or by contacting Greg Sempadian at 206-398-4420 or sempadig@seattleu.edu.
The 2011-12 regular season will conclude with five home games within the last six contests, including the finale the previous night against Portland State. This is the final year Seattle U will compete as a Division I independent in men's basketball before moving to the Western Athletic Conference.
