A three-year varsity starter at Gunn High School, Cat Perez helped guide the Titans to the CCS playoffs in 2010, and a California State Tournament appearance and a second place CCS finish in 2011. Perez was named the De Anza League's Player of the Year twice, as a sophomore and junior, in addition to earning numerous HMGHS team and all-tournament team accolades. Perez will add versatility, rotating between a guard and forward, and scoring presence, as she averaged 14 points per game as a junior. She is undecided on a potential major at Seattle U.
Coach Bonvicini on Perez: "Cat is a 6-1 lefty, who will play the three or four position. She is very skilled, versatile and an excellent scorer, who can shoot the three or take it inside."

Taelor Ross joins the Redhawks from powerhouse Saint Mary's Academy, where she helped lead the team to a fourth place finish at the 2011 Oregon State Tournament. She comes from a very athletic family and will use her natural skill to bolster the post position at SU. Her mother is a former NCAA Women's Basketball Champion at Cal Poly Pomona and her brother currently is a member of the Washington men's basketball team. Ross is undecided on a potential major at Seattle U.

Everett, Wash./H. M. Jackson High School
Local product Kristin Stoffel brings a strong playing resume to Seattle U. A four-year varsity starter at Jackson High School, she helped guide the Timberwolves to the district tournament three times, in addition to a state tournament appearance as a freshman. She's been named to the Wesco South All-Tournament Team three times, as well as ranking in the top-10 in scoring in the Wesco Conference in 2009-10 and 2010-11. Stoffel also holds the school record in both rebounds and blocks in a game, with 18 and eight, respectively. She will add a strong aggressive scoring presence to the Redhawk lineup and boasts a well rounded game. Stoffel is a member of the National Honor Society and is undecided on a potential major at SU.
Coach Bonvicini on Stoffel: "Kristen is a 6-0 forward, who is very versatile. She can shoot the three or slash the basket. She has a huge upside as a smart player, who does all the little things and can play multiple positions."
The Seattle U women's basketball program will sign additional student-athletes later this year during the spring signing period.
