With a sold-out field of 128 golfers, as well as several sponsorships, the Seattle University Golf Team Benefit, held Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Inglewood Country Club in Kenmore, raised more than $50,000 for the Redhawk golf program. The funds will support team travel, equipment, recruiting, and other needs of the program as it prepares to enter the Western Athletic Conference next July.
The Friends of Riverstone Residential Group provided exceptional leadership and assistance in conducting the event. The Seattle University golf team will participate in a fundraising 100-hole marathon on Oct. 15.
