Seattle University Director of Athletics Bill Hogan made a presentation to the annual Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) Coaches School Friday, July 29, at the Yakima Convention Center.
Hogan's presentation concerned successful coaching personalities, as the long-time athletic administrator talked about the four different coaching personalities he has identified during his career: the driver, the calculator, the marketer, and the empowerer. Hogan guided the session attendees through the process of determining which coaching personality they present and how manifesting the right personality can lead to more success.
The 15th annual coaches school was attended by over 600 middle school and high school coaches from around the state of Washington.
