McCleary led the team during the 2010-11 season with a 78.6 scoring average and was the squad's top finisher in six tournaments during the year. She earned honorable mention All-West Coast Conference recognition after finishing in a tie for 15th place at the conference championships. A mechanical engineering major, McCleary ended the 2010-11 academic year with a 3.587 grade point average.
Pearson finished the year with an 81.9 scoring average after competing in all 25 rounds Seattle University participated in during the 2010-11 campaign. Pearson finished in a tie for 17th place at the Lamkin Grip Cal Poly Challenge and tied for 24th place at the West Coast Conference Championships. Pearson has compiled a 3.487 grade point average and is majoring in sport and exercise science.
Seattle U joined Gonzaga University as the only schools to place multiple student-athletes on the WCC All-Academic women's golf team. As an affiliate member in women's golf, the Redhawks finished in fifth place at the 2011 West Coast Conference Women's Golf Championships in mid-April.
The Seattle University women's golf team will compete as an affiliate member of the West Coast Conference in 2011-12 before joining the rest of the athletic department's move to the Western Athletic Conference July 1, 2012.
