The Seattle University men's tennis team picked up a couple of singles victories, but they were not enough as the Montana State Bobcats earned a 5-2 win Sunday at the Anderson Tennis Center.
Jordan Prince (Hansville, Wash.) came back from losing the first set to pull out a three-set victory over Diego Campos in the number four singles position (4-6, 6-3, 6-2). Freshman Jason Bediones (Kent, Wash.) continued his solid weekend of singles play, winning his third match of the weekend with a super-tiebreaker victory over Prithiv Sivasubramaniam in the number six singles spot (6-4, 5-7, 10-3).
Seattle University (2-8) will host Saint Mary's next Saturday, March 5, at the Boeing Tennis Club in Kent, Wash., beginning at 5 p.m.
