Seattle U then traveled to San Luis Obispo, Calif. to take on Cal Poly two days later. Due to inclement weather and severe thunder and lightning storms the game was called heading into the second half. The Redhawks had a 1-0 lead after the first period, but the statistics will not be counted because the match was considered a no contest.
What Woodward Says: "After having to cancel our game at Cal Poly due to the weather, we are very glad we were able to add a game this week at Colorado. We are playing two solid teams in UCSB and CU who will challenge us this week." said head coach Julie Woodward.
