After two complete days of action at the Cougar Cup in Pullman, Wash. the Seattle University women's golf team remained in 12th place, with Caitlin McCleary (The Dalles, Ore.) leading the team for the second consecutive day.

McCleary currently is tied for 28th place heading into the final day of action tomorrow. She began the day tied for 46th place, but was able to have a solid outing again at Palouse Ridge Golf Club. Currently she is 16 strokes behind first place, after scoring a 75 today. Her current combined score is 160.

Lori Pearson (Seattle, Wash.) fell a place after day two of action, but is the second top overall performer for the Redhawks. She is currently tied for 52nd place, after shooting 83 (+25) today. Her combined score is 169. Shannon Quinn (Shoreline, Wash.) is tied for 58th place, riding a combined score of 176. She scored 87 (+32) in day two action. Rounding out the SU golfers is Nicole Gaddie (Salt Lake City, Utah), who holds a 177 combined score. She shot 86 (+33) and is tied for 60th place.

The Redhawks currently are sporting a combined score of 679, shooting 331 on day two at the tournament. They are 17 strokes behind Eastern Washington, who has a combined score of 662. Host Washington State is currently in first place, holding a total score of 614 (+38). Seattle U will conclude action at the three day tournament on Wednesday, Sept. 22.
