Coach Dan Powers' Take: This is a big weekend against Northern Colorado. We are in contention for first place if we have a good series and it's our seniors' last home games.
All five of our seniors have been doing great the last month and leading the way in our second-half turnaround. Katie Antich is leading the team in batting average and Katie Petersen is second, while Megan MacIsaac is coming off her POW performance and Sandra Hernandez leads the team in homeruns. Kelsey Reynolds leads the pitching staff in wins and has been very sharp in the starting role and in relief.
We are expecting a big crowd for both games and our seniors are all looking to make some more great memories in their last home games!
