The Seattle University women's soccer program will put on a one-day Spring ID Camp on Saturday, May 22. The camp will run from 9:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to all high school students ages 14 and over. The day long camp will be run by current SeattleU head women's soccer coach Julie Woodward and her coaching staff. The camp will be held at nearby Garfield High School.
From 10 to 11 a.m. campers will train like a Redhawk, where they will be able to experience a SeattleU training session. There will also be a separate goalkeeping session during that time. From 11 a.m. to noon, players will square off in an 11 versus 11 scrimmage, followed by lunch.
Following lunch from noon to 1 p.m., which campers need to provide on their own, participants will have the opportunity to meet with current Redhawk players for a 45 minute question and answer period. Campers will conclude the day with additional scrimmages.
To attend the camp, please fill out the Spring ID Camp brochure. Any questions or concerns, please contact Maria Madeira at 206-296-6964 or madeiram@seattleu.edu.
