The Redhawks have played both Miami and Washington already this season.
Last Time Out: SeattleU (1-14) struggled to get their offensive bearings, as their defense worked to stymie the University of Miami offense in their 2010 home opener. Following nine scoreless innings, UM's Jenna McGivney sent a single up the middle to score the only run of the game.

The Husky Softball Classic: The Redhawks will square off with three teams at the Husky Softball Classic this weekend from Mar. 13-14. Participating in the two-day tournament are Miami (Ohio), Portland State, No. 1 Washington and SeattleU.
Antich Strong at the Plate: Senior outfielder Katie Antich currently leads the Redhawk offense with a .326 batting average. In 15 straight starts, she's compiled 14 hits, eight runs, a RBI and a double.
Amador Named to All-Tournament Team: Jessica Amador earned the Redhawks lone Bank of Hawai'i Invitational All-Tournament selection for her two hit, RBI and double performance.
She is currently hitting .256, for third-best on the team. She's hit 11 hits, six RBIs, five runs, three doubles and a home run in 15 appearances and 14 starts.
Klein Has Solid Performance On the Mound: Hannah Klein had a standout performance for the Redhawks versus Miami (Ohio) in the team's home opener on Mar. 10. In nine innings, she threw five strikeouts.
On the season, she's seen action in 10 games and thrown in 35.2 innings. The sophomore has 11 strikeouts and a complete under her belt.
Scouting Miami (Ohio): The Redhawks will take on the University of Miami (Ohio) (6-7) for the second time in three days at the Husky Softball Classic. In their meeting on Mar. 7, UM narrowly squeaked by with a 1-0 victory in 10 innings.
Entering the rematch, Kathryn Russette maintains her stance as the team's offensive leader. In 13 straight starts, she's hitting .316, behind 12 hits, five RBIs, four runs, a double and a triple.
On the mound, Jessica Simpson is 4-4, with a 1.80 ERA. In nine appearances, she's tallied three complete games, a shutout and 36 strikeouts. She's allowed 36 hits in 46.2 innings pitched.
Scouting No. 1 Washington: For the third time in less than a week, SeattleU will face off with the top-ranked Huskies of the University of Washington (17-1). They have faced UW three times already, including a fall tournament matchup.
Most recently SU took on Washington twice at the Bank of Hawai'i Invitational on Mar. 6 and 7. In their first meeting, UW took a 12-0 victory and followed with an 11-2 decision. Sandra Hernandez hit a two run home run for the Redhawks to account for the two runs against the number one team in the country.
The Huskies are led by pitcher Danielle Lawrie, who is 12-0 and is coming off a perfect game versus Miami (Ohio), 3-0. She is 12-0 on the year, with a 1.17 ERA, 11 complete games, seven shutouts and a save. In 78 innings pitched, she's thrown 133 strikeouts. She's allowed 33 hits and 13 runs.
At the plate, Jenn Salling leads the offense with a .458 batting average. In 18 starts, she's tallied 22 hits, 25 runs, 14 RBI, three home runs and two doubles.
Scouting Portland State: The final participant of the Husky Softball Classic is Portland State (6-11). The Redhawks new conference foe is currently riding a three game losing streak, most recently falling to New Mexico State, 3-2, at home on Mar. 7.
Leading the Vikings offense is Brandi Scoggins, with 19 hits, five RBIs, three runs and a .358 batting average.
The PSU bullpen is led by Anna Bertrand. She holds a 2.22 ERA and a 4-4 overall record. In 11 appearances, she's thrown two complete games and made one save appearance. In 47.1 innings pitched, she's thrown 61 strikeouts, while allowing 43 hits and 23 runs.

In its 2010 home opener, the Seattle University softball team was unable to take advantage of numerous scoring opportunities, stranding 13 runners on base as the University of Miami was able to break through for a run in the 10th inning and hold on for a 1-0 victory Wednesday afternoon at Logan Field.
As darkness started to descend, Shannon Tillett led off the top of the 10th inning with a single and advanced to second on a single by Daniela Torres. Jenna McGivney sent a single up the middle, and Tillett was able to come around and score Miami's only run of the game.
The Redhawks tallied eight hits in the effort.
