As you may already know, the Seattle University Men's Basketball team is off to a hot start and power forward Charles Garcia is quickly gaining national attention!!
We want your ideas in coming up with a nickname for Charles Garcia that will be highlighted on our Garcia promotional T-shirts.
On Wednesday, Dec. 2, we will open the contest to all students, accepting entries through Wednesday, Dec. 9, at 5 p.m.
Help us create the best name that represents our very own Charles Garcia, Garcia the Great, Good Luck Chuck, Chuck Wagon...you get the idea! E-mail our promotions team at spaithc@seattleu.edu with your best nickname. Each student is allowed one nickname, so make it count! Be sure to e-mail your name and best nickname by Wednesday, Dec. 9, by 5 p.m.
The RedZone council members will be judging the entries, selecting the best and most impressionable Charles Garcia nickname. Each contestant will receive a FREE Garcia T-shirt highlighting the winning nickname and the winner will take home an XBOX 360.
The winner will be announced at the Tuesday, December 15th Men's Basketball game at 7:10 p.m. vs. UC Irvine at KeyArena at Seattle Center.
