Pfeiffer Bloecker (, ) scored her second goal in as many matches as the women’s soccer team clinched its 13th consecutive winning season with a 1-0 victory over Monday afternoon at Wolverine Soccer Field.

Halfway through the second half, M'ily Reiter () fed Bloecker on a breakaway, and the freshman sent her shot into the lower left corner of the net to break the scoreless tie. While Bloecker picked up her second goal of the season, Reiter earned her first career assist at .

Madison Goverde () made two saves, one in each half, to pick up her fifth shutout of the season. Her first save came in the 21st minute off the foot of Shantae Adams-Yeats, and then she stopped a chance by Brianne Larsen 11 minutes into the second half to keep the Wolverines off the board.

(10-6-1) threatened to take the early lead in the first half, earning three corner kick chances in a five-minute span, but none of the four shots off those corner kicks were on goal. Each team exchanged corner kick opportunities right before Bloecker’s goal, but headers by Bloecker and ’s Jennifer Lohner were off-target.

Mallory Schott finished with three saves for the Wolverines, who outshot , 11-9, and had five corner kick chances versus three corner kicks for the Redhawks. Bloecker, Kahlyn Keilty-Lucas (, ), and Megan Fogarty () each had two shots, including one on goal, to lead Seattle University, while Kendra Buchanan led Utah Valley with three total shots.

With the victory, is guaranteed a winning season for the 13th straight year, including all 12 years that Julie Woodward has been head coach. The team needs one more win to post its 13th straight season with at least ten victories.

After playing 14 of its first 16 matches away from home, (9-4-3) will finish the season with three of its final four games at home, starting Friday, Oct. 31, with a Halloween match against Cal State Bakersfield beginning at 2 p.m. at Championship Field. After a quick trip to face UC Riverside on Nov. 2, the Redhawks will finish the season with home matches against Central Washington (Nov. 5) and ’s (Nov. 9).
