The volleyball team could not stop the offense of , as the Eagles earned a 3-0 victory (25-19, 25-14, 25-22) Tuesday night at .

Kaytlyn Dill (, ) led with nine kills, plus she had a service ace, nine digs, and was one of four Redhawks with two total blocks. Libby Graff (, ) finished with six kills and two blocks, while Jamie Mellies (, ) notched 23 assists and seven digs and Shelly Anderson () collected 15 defensive digs.

In the first set, fell behind 9-5 but came back and induced six ties, the last one at 16-16. The Eagles took the lead for good on a kill by Chelsea Ross and finished the set on a 6-1 run to gain the early advantage.

(10-9) scored five of the first six points in the second set to take the early lead. An 11-3 run later in the set gave the Eagles a 21-9 lead, and the home team closed out the second set with a kill from Ross and a block by Emily Bekkering and Amanda Yausie.

The Redhawks took advantage of three straight Eagle attack errors to take a 13-10 lead in the third set, but the home team scored five unanswered points later in the set thanks to a kill, an assist, and back-to-back aces from Allison Reinstein to go ahead 22-17. came within two points twice, but a kill by Hayley Hills closed out the set and the match.

Hills led all players with 15 kills, plus she earned seven digs, while Alysha Cook earned 14 kills in the match. Bekkering contributed seven kills, two aces, and two block assists, with Yausie finishing with 40 assists and two aces, Ross adding seven kills and eight digs, and Mandy Daniels leading the way defensively with 20 digs.

(9-15) remains in the eastern part of overnight before facing Wednesday, Oct. 22, beginning at 7 p.m. The Redhawks then return home to face Cal State Bakersfield Saturday, Oct. 25, at the starting at 7 p.m.
