Time and space are running out to participate in the sixth annual O'Brien Open, set for Friday, Sept. 12, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Elk Run Golf Course in Maple Valley, Wash.
The annual golf tournament honors Ed and John O'Brien, two of the pioneers of Seattle University basketball. This year, participants will have a chance to welcome and interact with Don Rasmussen, the new men's and women's golf coach for Seattle University. The $125 entry fee per player includes greens fees, cart, tee prize, tickets, an SU hat, a sleeve of golf balls, and lunch. There are also several sponsorship opportunities still available.
