The Seattle University volleyball program will host its annual Alumni Match on Monday, Sept. 1, beginning at 1 p.m. in the North Court of the Connolly Center, with a social gathering to follow at 3 p.m.
All former SU volleyball players are encouraged to attend this event, as the 2008 volleyball squad, coming off its first taste of Division I competition at the Boise State Bronco Invitational, will take on a team of alums in an always fun-filled match. The current team will be in the middle of preparing for its first two home matches of the season later that week, against Pac-10 school Oregon State (Tuesday, Sept. 2) and BIG EAST opponent South Florida (Thursday, Sept. 4).
