SEATTLE, Wash. - The NCAA West Regional games involving the Seattle University men's basketball team will be available on the Internet through both live stats and an audio broadcast.
Humboldt State University has set up a link for live stats from all seven regional games this weekend, beginning with Seattle's game against Cal Poly Pomona Friday at noon. The website for the live stats at the West Regional is http://www.hsujacks.com/mbasketball/xlive.htm.
Thanks to the host school, arrangements have been made for all games involving Seattle University to have an audio broadcast. J.B. Mathers, the voice of Humboldt State football and basketball, will be bringing the action from Seattle University's contests to SU fans in Seattle and elsewhere. Fans can access the audio broadcast, which will start 10-15 minutes before the start of each game, by going to http://137.150.45.209:8100/listen.m3u.
Links will also be available to both the live stats and audio broadcast from the Seattle University athletics website. On the main athletics page, click on the old-style microphone in the right column, and choose between live stats and the audio broadcast.
Seattle University begins the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament West Regional Friday, March 9, at noon against Cal Poly Pomona. A victory will advance the Redhawks to the first semifinal Saturday, March 10, at 5 p.m., with the regional final scheduled for Monday, March 12, at 7 p.m.
