2015: 11 App/2 GS, 0-0, 1 SV, 3.50 ERA, 23 H, 9 R, 7 ER, 5 BB, 10 SO ... Earned save with one inning against Sacramento State, striking out two batters (4/3) ... Started second game of doubleheader against Northwestern, allowing six hits, two walks, and two runs in five innings with two strikeouts (3/13) ... Struck out side in one inning of work against UC Davis (3/6) ... Made first collegiate appearance against Saint Mary's, pitching one inning (2/13).
High School: Dye posted a 7-2 record during the 2013 season at Cascade High School, including a perfect game. After reaching the WesCo playoffs in 2012, Dye helped the Bruin Bears reach the state tournament last spring, earning the WIAA Sportsmanship Award in the process. A two-time first team all-league honoree, he was named all-state in 2013 and was perfect in two appearances at the invitation-only Area Code games in the summer of 2013.
Personal: Dye is the youngest son of Lori and Bill Dye, and he has an older brother named Keith. Dye is majoring in criminal justice.
